Finally we are doing what we came here for (not really, but we got
lucky with the dates), making moonshine, legally!  First we hauled
the hard apple cider to the still, along with some wood. Next we
hand pumped the cider into the still.  After about 30 minutes we
had our schnapps.  I tasted the white lightning on the spot, it was
definitely good and strong
